Tuesday, 18 September 2012 07:26 Charities around Prattville and Millbrook will benefit from funds raised at the 19th Annual Charity Golf Tournament Oct. 24 at the Prattville Country Club. The Prattville Rotary Club and the Millbrook Sunrise Rotary Club team up annually to continue this great tradition. The event will feature golf, lunch, fellowship, and great door prizes. Thousands of dollars are raised every year benefitting recipients like the Prattville YMCA, Leadership Autauga, Habitat for Humanity, and the Miracle Field project, just to name a few. Proceeds also help support Rotary International’s global humanitarian efforts. A four-player team costs just $450 to play, which includes cart and green fees, lunch, and many other amenities. A team can have a sign at a tee box recognizing their sponsor for $100 more, and players can also purchase mulligans and participate in on-course contests. Registration begins at 6:45 a.m. for the 8 a.m. flight, and at 11 a.m. for the 1 p.m. flight. Teams are highly encouraged to pre-register before Oct. 17 , as tee times fill up fast. Contact us for more information. There are other ways to donate and receive sponsorship recognition:
